These terms and conditions apply from 20.7.2015.
The store sells products to individuals of the age of majority. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
The products are ordered online by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the contents of the shopping cart at the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested for the order will not be used for the purposes of ordering or clarifying any inaccuracies in the order, unless otherwise stated. When you order an online store you are required to become acquainted with and committed to the terms of delivery in force at any time.
The payment service is operated by Paypal, through which Paypal account, Debit or Credit card is used as a payment option.
Once we have received your order, we will email you an order confirmation, which shows your order information. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save an order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When you are in a customer service, always keep your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the items in the order confirmation.

Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. We will provide an estimate of future shipping costs in the shopping basket according to the primary delivery method. When you have selected the payment methods and delivery methods you have chosen the exact shipping costs. The available delivery methods depend on the content and total weight of the shopping cart. You can choose from the methods of payment that are available from the checkout, which is the most suitable option for you with the exact shipping cost.
The order will be delivered by letter, the delivery cost is 2,90€.
Our most common delivery time is 3-4 days. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are reported if the shopping cart has any stock out of stock and we also report possible delays to you immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure or the indirect harm caused by delays. The webshop informs about delivery times that are different on its website.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not respond to your order, you must notify us of the error within 14 days of writing to the address mentioned in the Cancellation and Return Conditions or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact details. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately make a complaint about the delivery method you have chosen for the transport company.
